If you suspect your cat or dog is experiencing any symptoms or behaviour that require urgent or emergency care, follow the steps below:
- Call Ahead - This allows the hospital team to prepare for your pet's situation and provide any necessary instructions.
- Get to an Urgent Care Department as Soon as Possible - Your pet will be triaged and will undergo a full examination by the emergency veterinary team.
- Assessment & Treatment Planning - Once your dog or cat's assessment has been completed, the veterinary team will develop a treatment plan for your pet.
